William H. Dinkel, Esq. is a shareholder and in-house counsel with HomeSale Realty Services Group, Inc., one of the largest real estate service companies in the country. Mr. Dinkel is also president of the title insurance division.
Mr. Dinkel is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania attorney and Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. His residential and commercial real estate law experience includes matters ranging from underwriting and real estate settlement to representation of clients before municipal boards and appellate tribunals on land use matters. Mr. Dinkel has lectured and conducted accredited classes on title insurance and real estate law in various forums, including CLE and Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission accredited courses.
