Director of Personnel and Underwriter Relations
Tommi Herbert is the Director of Personnel and Underwriter Relations for all of our title entities. In this role, Tommi is responsible for the administration of personnel matters throughout our Title Operations, as well as the maintenance, development, and enhancement of our Title insurance Underwriter relationships.
Tommi has thirty years of experience in all aspects of the title insurance industry. Prior to joining HomeSale Settlement Services in 2012, she was Executive VP of Operations for a regional title insurance underwriter and a Manager of a local independent title agency.
Tommi is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She holds the designation of Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP). Tommi spent 12 years as a member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) Internal Audit Committee. She has volunteered for numerous Pennsylvania Land Title Association committees over the years and is currently President Elect for the PLTA.
