Vice President of Title Operation/In-house Counsel
Dean Peffley, Esq. is Vice President of Title Operations and in-house counsel for all of our title entities. In these roles, Dean assists with all legal aspects of the industry and provides support and guidance throughout the process. Dean is a licensed Pennsylvania attorney, title agent, and real estate agent.
With over fifteen years of experience in the title industry, Dean has been with the Landmark group since 2003. Dean has spent time in nearly every division of the company and is familiar with the various responsibilities involved in the industry, giving him a distinctive perspective around the company.
Dean is an accredited educator and teaches ongoing continuing educations courses for real estate agents and continuing legal education for attorneys. Dean recognizes the value of educating people in the industry to prevent mishaps and be proactive rather than reactive.
Dean is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. Dean is a Lancaster native and currently resides in Lititz.
