Landmark Abstract has several different business entities that cater to different audiences with specialized services:
- Barrister’s Settlement Services – Barrister’s specializes in providing title insurance and settlement work for law firms. We partner with several law firms and handle all of their settlement needs.
- Duke Street Abstract– An offshoot of Barrister’s Settlement Services dealing with one large real estate law firm.
- Cerrado Abstract- Partnership with a private trust company.
