Landmark Abstract and the Wilbur Hotel
September 13, 2019 -Here, Landmark Abstract worked with Oak Tree Development on the settlement for the new Wilbur Hotel built in the location of the former Wilbur Chocolate Factory. This new development includes the Hotel, a boutique food market and several apartments. Also, beginning in the Fall construction will begin on 200 new apartments.
