Bill Dinkel
William Dinkel is our President of Title Operations. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Bill’s residential and commercial real estate law experience includes matters ranging from underwriting and the real estate settlement, to representation of clients before municipal boards and appellate tribunals on land use matters. As a real estate broker, he actively operated a real estate franchise in Lancaster prior to joining Landmark. He is a frequent lecturer and approved instructor for the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as well as local Bar Associations. He is also a Pennsylvania licensed Title Insurance Agent. Email Bill
