Mark Korman |
Mark Korman is our Managing Director for Title Operations. A magna cum laude graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, he is a Certified Land Title Professional. Mark is a past president of both the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and the Lancaster Land Title Association, and has chaired numerous committees for those Associations during his career. He continues to serve as an instructor on title insurance and settlement matters as well as an industry resource to the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. Email Mark |

Bill Dinkel |
William Dinkel is our President of Title Operations. A graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Bill’s residential and commercial real estate law experience includes matters ranging from underwriting and the real estate settlement, to representation of clients before municipal boards and appellate tribunals on land use matters. As a real estate broker, he actively operated a real estate franchise in Lancaster prior to joining Landmark. He is a frequent lecturer and approved instructor for the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as well as local Bar Associations. Brian Zulli |
Brian Zulli is our General Manager. A graduate of the Widener University School of Law, Brian has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the title insurance and real estate industries, most recently overseeing the legal division of a title insurance underwriter with operations in 12 states, including Pennsylvania and is a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent. His professional experience in private law practice was concentrated in litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and approved instructor for the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as well as local Bar Associations. Email Brian

Mary Chairs |
Mary Chairs is our Commercial Underwriting Counsel. Mary received her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her law degree from Widener University School of Law. As an associate with a law firm with offices throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania, Mary worked with lending institutions and corporations and assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, the secondary mortgage market and commercial real estate transactions. Rashyna Banzhof |
Rashyna Banzhof is our Commercial Marketing Director. Rashyna has a great deal of experience serving the complex needs of the commercial title insurance clients and their significant projects. Her work has included the processing, underwriting, and closing of those transactions. Rashyna is skilled at coordination of all parties, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and real estate brokers and has managed several multi-state commercial settlements. She is a licensed Title Insurance Producer in Pennsylvania and is active in the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. Patti Haines |
Patti Haines is our Marketing Director. With over 23 years of title experience, she has held many positions including agency manager for several local and national title insurance companies. In all transactions, whether residential or complex commercial, Patti brings the value of her experience and professionalism to each step of the settlement process. In addition to settlement services, Patti lends her talents to organizing special events and overseeing the Community Service Committee for Homesale Services Group. Email Patti |

Linda Cunrod |
Linda Cunrod is our Commercial Specialist. Linda has 23 years of experience and knowledge in both commercial and residential title matters. Linda has extensive background in searching and examining complex title issues. Prior to joining Landmark, she owned and operated a successful title insurance agency. Denise McBride |
Denise McBride is our Business Development Associate and eSign Specialist with Landmark Abstract. Denise received her Master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Lancaster Bible College. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Associates degree in Business Administration. Denise has a diverse background in business management and is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent. She has prior experience as a general manager, overseeing one of our many successful joint venture title companies from its inception.
